Namibian government are very busy at the moment, they have a lot on their plate, they can't just give preference to MLS. They have to organize a safari for ministers and staff, they have to get a stimulus package together and build some huts for a new housing development.This could take ohh about 15yrs or so but hey its still a good long term buy.
