$10-13 is normally the best entry Price as it is where gains and compounds are a lot higher than entering at $14-17. Happened to KGN as well, once it goes past $13, stock usually shoots up to $20. All imo. Good fundamentals and right sector. Follows with the Nasdaq trend.
