The big question is what are the remaining CP's to be satisfied by this Thursday?
There has been no update by the WA EPA since May.
I am sure many think the approvals are in the bag and just a question of time. I think this will be the case but what about the prospect of the EPA making revisions to the brine abstraction targets? The KLL stage 1 was revised down after submission to the EPA. The EPA ultimately decides the size of a project amongst other things.
It's Digger and Dealers this week. Tony is presenting. This is likely to have some impact on SP.
If the finance conditions aren't satisfied because of approvals, a cap raise is definitely possible if they are getting low on cash.
