It's easy to say... this stock was 40c not long ago so they shouldnt pay $8+ for it. because that means they're overpaying.

but step back and look at what you are getting, huge reserves, great location and huge acreage.

BG could of gone for another CSG player without challenge from AOE, but it knew this was a bargain, even at $6.40/$8.

If you can sure-up huge reserves so quickly, then you must have good land --> im sure this is what BG/AOE are thinking.

I cant see AOE letting this go yet. maybe 2.00 AOE shares + $3.15, around $8.50-9.00
