Hey CER crew,

The $26m redevelopment to Pointe Orlando was completed late last year.

Its occupancy is already 100%.

Looking at the following website, it is a pretty upmarket kind of shopping centre and its fairly large too:

Of course most CER holders wouldnt know of this opening and same thing with the opening of the Shoppes at Cinnaminson thanks to our great PR team.

CER owns 50% of Pointe Orlando and 100% of the Shoppes at Cinnaminson.
