handouts and wait 12 months. So we will see. I got caught in the 91/2 crash I developed 100 blocks that owed me $24,000.00 a block and I could not sell for $20,000.00 a block even offering free holidays. Then the council after saying I would be rated as one title until I sold a block and then a rate notice would go to the buyer guess what I got 100 rate notices owing another $150,000.00 by the time I went to court #300,000.00 and lost the banks sold me up. Guess which bank.They have no symphaphy for anyone.
