Carlos Slim recently poured a huge amount into the New York Times Co. (nyse: NYT) to back it up. So all is not impossible.

James Packer is out. Given his love of casino's.
Kerry Stokes I think would love to grab a hold and cement his place as the media baron he always wanted - but with his hands tied up at WAN and the odd share market punt here and there.... who knows.
