    It's a friggin disgraceful declaration. They bought a boatload of shares sometime starting 19 December 2008, then sold a boatload sometime before 13 February 2009. And they issue one substantial shareholder notice...and it's only when they cease!!!???

    ASX should fine them for that. That's just blatantly ignoring the notice requirements.
