1) some person valued the share and has staked in at 39 (2 mill shares)
2) then baby-day-traders are excited as h3ll to sell their 35 cent shares acquired over the last few days at a couple cent margin

Whose boat do you want to be in long term.... 1) or 2)

it is a very promising open (and who cares about baby-day-traders) since it gives an educated opinion that 39 cents is really, really good value (they must have been reading our posts)
