You'd have to be wearing a blindfold to read this positively.
The cash is pretty much not for anything specific.... People were spinning "it must be to do this", or it must be Microsoft or a cornerstone investor" etc.
Nope. It is demoralising dilution, and an absurd discount, and "oversubscribed" because it was offered to punters like me who can say "wow 30% discount and free options, easy money".
Just goes into the coffers for the executive salaries, weeks after they said they didn't need it.
Diluted by another 1.2 BILLION shares for the sake of walking around money. What a scam
