Surely Verizon must be in the market to update their platform with the above underwhelming rating , especially when you compare this rating with 5,000,000+ downloads to Norwood’s much higher rollout rating . I have noted that many who have offered Norwood a poor rating did so based upon installation issues , this should subside as more become familiar with the procedure and product further separating the differential in Norwoods favour .
