    I have nothing against the stock itself - actually seems like a good deal to me. But after the raising was announced, the stock dipped to below the issue price (to a low of $0.77 I think), and a couple of days later, Bell Potter comes out with an upgrade. I think the timing on Bell Potter's side is a bit suspect.
