You guys are all over the detail (meaning I am not) so should able to shoot this wild duck (idea) down pretty quickly.
What would be the possibility of a wild card strategy of pay the debt down to a point of ability to refinance then instead of looking to reconvene UG ops, flip that off to someone else and instead take on an open cut acquisition - logic being to achieve scale (+ overall LOM) and at same time position to avoid becoming a T/O target. Just being a little out of the box to see if it shakes out any other potential scenarios
