I have been saying for a long time that any company wanting to take over will get the first 30 or 40% cheap (relatively speaking) thanks to the short term thinking of most people.
The last 30 or 40% is going to cost them and cost them a lot.
They will pay of course, so the question to each of you is "do you want to be in the early sellers group or the final sellers group?"
