Well Sabine, it was a very, very good performance result.
At nameplate (75% recovery), the plant is expected to produce 330,000dmtpa of SC6.
The Sept20 quarter production was 62,404dmt from a utilisation rate of 70 to 75%. Therefore 100% utilisation would be 83,205 to 89,148dmt OR 332,821 to 356,592dmtpa.
We can deduce from this that nameplate production has been exceeded. C'est sexy, non?
Mt Cattlin today reported recoveries of 57% for the Sept20 quarter. AJM are achieving 60% for the past 2 reported quarters.
The whole PLS team deserve a small round of applause for this result.
