ASX-listed Dubber Corporation is seeking a $40 million equity injection via stockbroker Shaw and Partners.Shaw sent terms to potential investors on Thursday morning.Call recording software biz Dubber has tapped Shaw to help it secure fresh equity. John WoudstraThe deal was split into a $34 million institutional placement and a $6 million share purchase plan to existing investors.New shares were priced at $1.10 each, which was a 12 per cent discount to the last close of $1.25.Dubber shares went into a trading halt on Thursday morning ahead of the raising.The company sells call recording and audio assessment management software. It had a $260 million market capitalisation prior to Thursday's raising.
