take ASM announcement but still need to construct a plant but have abbotsleigh = Gandell large share holder
time for this board to step up to the plate instead of this long drawn out presentations handing the plate around
surely they would have have offers by now,or a deal,or else they may be beaten to the finish line
rare earths are hot now and into the future, with the recent talk about china putting the brakes on sales to different countries if they do not toe their line
