Hi fellow supporters I heard back from the company on a couple of points, answers are in red.
I like the answer to the first question because if you had a delivery business when your stall came back to the depot they can just swap out the battery and head straight off on their next delivery... quicker than getting a tank of fuel.

1. Are spare batteries available for all models of bikes that can be kept as spares to swap out when the battery in use is drained? Similar to cordless tool batteries where at home I have 3 or 4 batteries on charge ready to use, so I don’t have any down time. If a charging dock and a spare battery was on offer it would make it extremely handy for courier or food delivery type services.

If you purchase sparebatteries for same model, you can swap and use them for the same model when thebattery in use is drained. Yes, the batteries of our models are swappable sothat if you have fully charged spare batteries, there will be no down time andvery handy for courier and food delivery. In fact, a lot of our B2B customersare already doing this way.

1. Are there any plans to set up a subscription service or swap and go service on the batteries? Similar to Swap and Go service for 9kg LPG BBQ gas bottles here in Australia.

   We are not planning thisat the moment.
