    I think what is even more apparent and mind blowing is that the AREIT sector is probably priced below current replacement cost. IE You could buy allot of Australias commercial property through the AREIT sector at less than what it would cost to build today..

    Interesting to think about. (I will try and find the article that mentioned something similar)
