Then you have Andrews own DPC stating it wasn't his decision to employ 'private security' to Andrews own failed hotel quarantine. Yet he attended a meeting with Federal Cabinet alongside Andrews and left early to engage private security guards on behalf of Andrews.
Further, in his evidence, Eccles in fact has stated for the record that it was Andrews who made the decision!
But guess what? Andrews "can't recall".

It's amazing how the ALP leaders send out their minions to defend someone who caused the deaths of over 800 innocent Victorians. That's a real strange logic right there.............
