The is no CEO or MD as such the Executive Chairman is the disignated head honcho aka Mark Lynch.
The family does appear to have a fair holding directly and indirectly.
PAL group were very fortunate to become a substantial holder via a placement of 180million shares in June at $0.005 per share, they must have been very excited with the subsquent rise in the share price to $0.03 on 27 July a very tidy increase of 600% on paper.
The short term chart means nothing, the 10 year chart tells you everything IMHO.
