where it got wobbly is when Mr Dickhead said that he wouldn't accept the decision-- that brings in uncertainty

then, he goes and gets the flyin pox- which brings more uncertainty because he could be staggering around in the sweats deluded more than usual and his GOP wouldn't have the guts or brains to use the 25th

after that settled --------- the markets smoothed ------------ it's not rocket science
