    i'm not sure that anyone would be in any great hurry to do deals with AVX, because as time goes on, the cost of purchasing the company only becomes cheaper.

    even if the PGL deal goes through, it could be merely a 'stay of execution' cash flow wise.

    am i reading this essentially correct?
