    The note holders have certainly done very nicely out of AJM share holders.

    Got them on the hook for an Increased loan balance from $125m USD to $176m USD through deferred payments and fees.

    Received $15.9m AUD in interest and equity in the company with a value of approx $21m AUD at last close.

    Thats a pretty good yield. Not sure they will kill the golden goose just yet.

    What is the probability of another lender coming along and beating their deal?
