    I totally agree that the tough times we are experiencing will make it much harder......

    However what we do have going for us is that (as far as I can tell) there are no more options left to explore ...PlanA didnt work - PlanB didnt work - PlanC was economically unattractive and PlanD is the only one left....so expect a committment to be made to chemical flooding and things to start happening soon....unless of course Exxon come to the party in the meantime...
