Maybe Ozl have gone to the chinese and asked them to place a bid for the company knowing full well that the shareholders will not accept the deal so as to get the banks to extend the finance terms to give them n\more time to get PH up and fully running with a proven cashflow and when the bid fails the chinese get $25m for doing nothing
