    jackgreen, E Nosworthy could not have said it better...it sounds to me you are making the case that investors should accept the offer just in case the management really want the holders to knock it back.....RIDICULOUS!!! if in Admin they the Management will lose the right to continue to feast on the festering carcass for years. O course they want you to accept this offer...its what the banks told them to offer.
