    re: Ann: PES: Pure Recommends BG Group Takeov... No need to apologise. I didnt word my thoughts correctly. Investors obviously believe that Shell have to come to the party to compete with BG. Arrow management cannot match the all cash offer from BG and I dont think Arrow shareholders would be happy with more scrip being offered.
