This sounds so dumb, BNB claim that they can't survive because BBIPL can't repay the loan to them, yet BBIPL can't be put into administration even though they can't repay their debts.

By my understanding this means that BBIPL and BNB are now trading while they are insolvent? Is that true?

The board have a duty to the shareholders and should be jailed for incompetence.

This whole BNB web has been a case of corporate robbery and should be investigated, the money shuffling appears to have gone into a scheme like Maddock was arrested for, meaning that instead of the investors moneys being put into solid, tangible assets, it was poured into the pockets of the swines.
