Aside from the US$560m PH facility, there is a small one (US$65m) for Laos and about $200m with Soc Gen (chunk of this is an L/C rather than cash out the door).

Doubt the A$140m bridging facility is fully drawn. They got $33m from Nyrstar shares.

The convertible notes are US$105m and can be converted to shares after April 2009? Suppose they are still debt right now but may not be soon.

If you assumed everything was debt and fully drawn you could get to $1.4bn - but don't think that is the reality of it.
