What I get from this is moving money around does not create wealth it might make numbers/statistics appear good but production creates jobs and wealth.
What is needed that we can produce well? What stops us in those endevours? Water, population spread,infrastructure?
From my experience Nature is a mighty force that can help produce a lot of wealth.
The long term planning should not be thrown out the window in a race to make the numbers look good now.
