my understanding is that if bbipl is solvent, then we cannot touch them. however, they must pay our debt.

if bbipl is insolvent then we can call in the administrator, however our debt are subordinate and we stand behind waiting for left over.

question... if the debt is subordinate, and it is call to be repay. how much time does a company have to pay the debt. what is the law in regard to timeframe to pay back debt. I assume there is a fix time written somewhere.. lets just hope bbipl is solvent and they have a fix time to pay back debt, bankers would then have to cough up some monies unless they want to put bbipl into administration.

if it is insolvent, then we can call in the administrator now.
