that's the problem with this thread, some get stuck in the minutiae because they prefer not to deal with the big picture....
(1) bang for buck eagle? did you see yesterday's retail figures? the Harvey Norman handout didn't have much impact
(2) are pink batts a sensible allocation of resources in this environment of chronic underinvestment in public assets?
