I'm not daft. What I'm asking is what metric enables that bonus. Is it 1.60 per share, is it an increase of revenue, is it finalising the MOU and turning it into a contract with Sanyo.
Shareholders need to know what the KPI is and if the KPI is appropriate, THAT is then the yardstick they should be voting on.
