Watching IHL trying to move up over the last week has been really interesting. Sell side is very thin, it wants to rise, but is constantly pushed down by minor action.

With over 3 decades of honing the art of Conspiracy Theorism, I am convinced there are forces holding IHL back from moving! Partly tongue in cheek, but also partly serious. Tempted to buy more, but after adding all my converted oppies, I have enough.

The next move is gearing up to be be a biggie IMO
