Depends on reason for the delay & therefore, who's to blame Crom! Moving goal posts, void of clear indication as to the reason behind the decision isn't acceptable. Investors rely on competent BoD's to deliver on time, give or take a week or so, not months. Unreliability is one of the worst moves for market appreciation. All about BoD performance. Bad enough the day traders/Algos etc manipulating the sp to ensure it never rises on appetite any longer but, an announcement to sell into, over & over. I never fall in love with any management nor stock anymore. Fools game..
