Interesting discussion... I threw a glance at the ASM presentations because I did not know anything about them. I wanted to know why their MC is at 440 million and ARUs is only at 120 m.
Without diving deep I couldn´t find the answer. Although their products won´t be the same, both companies have more or less the same NPV and IRR, capex of ASM is even bigger. Both are in the position the seek financing.
So, I can´t see why ASMs MC is 4 x times higher than ARUs.. maybe it´s really just the ARU management that scares investors off...
