I would love to know what "once again shows strong support from the lending group" means.
I have not seen any such support.
Just giving them lots of rope, for a future hanging.
My question to all, is.......... What happens if AJM cannot reduce the interest on their loan ?
They have nowhere to go.
No alternatives what so ever.
Oops, they have one... bankruptcy (liquidation).
