Although I don't think it's temperature that causes 'Flu' seasons being strongest in winter, I think it's more how people behave in cold weather that causes the increase in transmission... More time in doors... and given people are on the back foot to some degree, although I could argue that in the majority of countries I think people are starting to not really give a sh!t anymore, there won't be as much of an increase 'due to weather' than expected.
