Any thoughts on how this is going to look? Seems very strange when they already had 20 million + according to last 4c. I guess one benefit of current sp is they could raise 60 million and only issue 300 million shares which would be relatively small compared to the register size. I guess they now have a reasonable list of drugs with strong potential to make it to market? I'm assuming a capital raise is not another name for a takeover or buyout but I keep thinking the substantial holders surely would need a big buyer, not much chance of selling huge holding on market
