Just to clarify, as people seem to continue to misunderstand what is they are offering, the Dutch ECA and Australian Govt. credit agency are not financing the project nor have they offered to.
Their support is merely providing insurance for entities who do provide finance to RNU.
The ASX announcement on 10 April 2019 (if you read past the overview) details that is just insurance cover and not financing...
