    Was in quiet admiration AJ...very astute of them.

    Because they are aware that both operations are stretching to realise $400million on a good day, why wouldnt MM set a bonus clause at sale realisation $425million?

    Confucius say-I will buy your 68 Bathurst Monaro from you for $500 but if you take it and get it detailed and clean out cobweb, then I will buy it for $650!
