I didnt see the close but logged on and watched the shenanigans about midday. I was watching at one stage the buying at 76 then all of a sudden the buyers fell away to 73.5 bid. Then came our friend, with 2,370 to sell at 75.5, then he dropped the sell order every 10 seconds to 73.5. So it fell away very quickly from 76 to 73.5. He then kept selling small lots of 2,369 or 2,370 until it got to 72.5 bid, 73 seller. Then he took out the seller and started buying in small lots of 2,370 when he realised he wasn't picking up alot of stock. He did the job though. Scared off the buyers
My question is whether this person is selling to themselves. I thought that you were no longer allowed to do this, or sell to an associated entity with the same beneficial owner. Is that right?
