Reporting not before Dec 2010, while it is not forever, it certainly makes it a critical milestone in the Kingaroy project as they cannot turn the earth and sink millions of investment until the government says go ahead; or of course they could do all the prep and have them say no which would be a waste of money in that case. Good thing my plan is to go long on these guys.
