The reason for my anger is the increases for director fees and JT salary are before any improvement in trading position.
In addition, the increases are not in keeping with a company of this size. The salaries proposed for directors are for companys making large profits and large revenue turnover.
There are surveys of all the top 200 companies and director fees and this type of salary for directors and ceo is for a company eprforming very well with over 100m in revenue.
I feel like they are getting themselves paid before shareholders receive any benefit.
They should be working in shareholders interests first not second
