(i.e. no need to rush in,; wait for the best deal not the first deal; etc).

On that basis, its hard to see how you can condemn him because clearly, he hasn't rushed in and they've been consistent with the line that they are not prepared to jump at any deal; they are waiting for the right one. i can understand the frustration in no deal being settled to date, but they (and Drona) have certainly been consistent with what you quote there.

I'm not saying he's a genius... I'm just saying its pretty difficult to know for sure what's happening behind the scenes and its a tough ask for a small biotech with no income to come up with a pile of cash in these economic conditions. Anyway.... I do share your frustration. I still hold most of my shares and have some sitting in the pile that were bought around 70c.
