This has come up previously on the ZNO threads and the consensus on HC was to replace the HK distributor with a decent one with a network. Of most concern to me was that the HK distributor was charging extortionist prices, which is almost sure to suppress the amount of product that is sold. The distributor might therefore be making decent coin, but ZNO is ulikely to. It also suggests that ZNO has also failed to set a recommended retail price, which is of concern.
