it's legit, they are in discussions with other reputable superior suppliers. but like with any selection process and eventual collab agreement, can't mention names until they have selected the best one, so discussions/negog. with all parties bidding are not affected - Business 101.
meanwhile what's happening with HCT and their results being released, delayed ?? hmmm...
good buying here in the low 3's with SKN, puts the company at only at a measly $10mill mkt cap.
