No, MD's don't just go and say things in public announcements without careful thought and consideration. If the results were not exceptional or outstanding Jeremy would not use those terms, it's as simple as that.
The fact is you wanted to SELL a portion of your holding before today, and this decision was based on what? You wanted to sell at 16c so you sold at 16.5 this morning. Perhaps you just want to down ramp to buy back in lower?
Anyway, I'm fine to back the MD of REE over a trader like yourself.
