to be honest, why the hell did they choose Malta anyway?? it's a tiny little place mainly for holidays. real estate wouldn't be cheap and it's a pain in the arse to get to. can't be related to permits cause there is to many companies already doing this. or maybe there is heaps of mice and rats to test on
